Employer Penalty (Small Group Businesses)
Starting July 2015, IRS will be penalizing small group employers for reimbursing employees who purchase individual insurance with employer dollars.
The penalty will be $100/day per employee, which can easily add up to $36,500 each year. To read more about this penalty, please reference the Forbes article.
